Dan Kostich was born in St. Petersburg and comes from a family of lawyers, Dan and his family migrated to Serbia, where his father became a partner in a Belgrade law firm.

Dan was educated at the Faculty of Law, University of Novi Sad.

After graduation, he graduated with a degree in International Law and he was ranked among the top 10 law graduates.

His specialization includes dispute resolution with an emphasis on:

• Commercial arbitration and mediation;

• Intellectual property;

• Competition law;

• Commercial law and human rights;

Dan received his bachelor's degree as a top 1% of the generation and as a student among the top 100 students in Serbia, based on which she was awarded the highest university award.

Since the end of August 2022 Dan Kostich was invited to join the firm Law and Order Lawyers (L&O Lawyers SA) where he took up a position of sworn attorney. Nowadays Dan Kostich is actively working with EU and CIS citizens providing counseling and assistance to victims.
