Born in Moscow on 22.03.1989 into an engineering family.

At the age of 5, the family migrated to the UK, Where Herman Tol started his journey towards one of the most modern and professional lawyers in international law.

After graduating with honours from Hampton Grammar School for Boys, Herman enrolled at King's College Law School in London, where he graduates summa cum laude and begins an internship at law firm CIS London & Partners where he secured a recommendation from the chairman of the board.

Beginning to negotiate with foreign nationals outside the UK and the European Union has allowed him to look at the problem of manipulation and lawlessness in an unprotected layer of citizens on financial matters. The main clients were citizens and migrants from the former USSR and the CIS.

The first achievements were already in the 2nd year of independent practice, Herman Tol was able to recover funds obtained through tax evasion from the sale of a shipbuilding company in the Baltics.

Starting in 2019 Herman Tol chose to focus on protecting citizens from fraud and financial manipulation.

In 2021 he left the UK and settled in Belgium where he successfully practiced at Law and Order Lawyers (L&O Lawyers SA). As head of recovery and investigations of unlawful enrichment and the turnover of funds derived from illegal activities.
